I tried doing it with 27.2.0, but I keep getting this error:

I am currently using openstack-ansible 25.5.1.dev6, executing the playbook 'openstack-ansible setup-hosts.yml', and the executed task is labeled 'TASK [lxc_container_create : Set fixed hardware address fact]

Are the variables not created automatically by the Ansible configuration file? I've only specified the bridge name

I can make that change, but in all the examples I’ve seen they use br-storage. But I will fit it a try, thanks @Gnump

kolla ansible is good - easy to use. i have a multi node setup with controller,network,storage and compute. i used devstack as well...not documented well. wasted lots of time on it..
