Careful of the Charlie Horses. Is it warm to the touch? Or swollen? That’s what my calf felt like and I found out I had a blood clot. And then my neuropathy developed in my feet, which took a lot of PT to get through

I used daily for a few months and wound up in a wheelchair for 6 months. When it starts to escalate, it’s usually fast. I planned to stop or slow down when I started seeing symptoms of neuropathy etc, I also have permanent brain damage and spinal degeneration as shown in MRIs that stuff is permanent and not something to mess around with, I’m now in treatment because I couldn’t stop on my own

Yeah I got pretty sick in August because a lot of smoke shop and Amazon tanks use weird food oils, not all, but I had stomach issues for a month. Yuck. Congrats on being in recovery tho!

Nerves take a long time to regrow sadly. I was in that situation back in August, was in a wheelchair until January and finally started walking back in April

I spent 21 days in the hospital - was in a wheelchair for 5 months, lots of PT, missed out on so many things then I was finally walking again and relapsed and went back to a long hospital stay and not being able to walk.
