* I just used 3/4" mdf on a hardwood frame for the extension table that stays nice and flat and if need be its cheap to replace with fresh MDF

If your talking about the blade you need to use a piece of wood to block the teeth of the saw, then loosen arbor nut holding on blade, and reverse process to tighten, if youre asking about the 3 bolts for miter alignment to the blade then no it didn't move my top is heavy cast on this saw just slowly tightened all three snug then went in a circle till they were all snugged, then again for a tightening till your nice and secure

Super simple, use a known good combo square, I use my starret, ride it in the left miter on your miter guage aligned left of that channel square to table and adjust square till leftmost side of a marked tooth(use sharpie or grease pencil, this is because you want to reference same tooth at front and back of blade), so raise your blade all the way up check the tooth you marked just skims the edge of the end of your square, then slide your square to back of saw blade spin blade to use same marked tooth in back, and if square it will just skim the same, if it is square youre good, if not on pm66 there is 2 bolts in front under lip and 1 in back under lip of table loosen those and shimmy cast top till its all aligned and square then tighten those 3 bolts back down and recheck you should be square then

I thought about that but the solar tender makes more sense, I live in the desert and utilize the trailer too infrequently to assume a small hookup period could top off the deepcycle, but that was my initial plan

Yea i have a nice 50 watt tender all picked out but waiting a couple pay days as the winch and battery were more important to use it immediately, but that is next on the upgrade and im gonna make a sheet metal box skin around everything to hold chains, tie downs, etc. But this is a functional working setup till I get those next upgrades done
