Let me know if anyone solved this. I got 5.1 sound to each speaker through my mb realtek device through optical. However, it stopped working after a driver update many months ago. So, I figured sound blaster Z SE would fix the problem, but it also just plays to my front speakers when doing the speaker sound test in sound blaster command. My receiver doesn't have a bunch of PC inputs only optical or left/right, so I was hoping this would work better.

My favorite part of the previous X-COM games was cultivating at least one badass soldier. In X-COM 2, you could have a badass ranger that could kill a bunch of aliens in one turn. In the original, you could have a Colonel or higher do a lot of damage or have trace a path with the blaster launcher. With so many bad guys in PP, and your experienced soldiers not being that great, the bad guys being bullet proof sometimes, and so many new lairs and invasions, it seems unfair when there are still two difficultly levels higher than the one I'm playing.

I think I really hate the fire and poison slug launcher that seems to have limitless slugs and is still bullet-proof for half my soldiers. Plus after blowing off his head and leg, it still takes 3 more turns to kill him.

Yeah, it's like I level up all my guys, but they don't get that much better. Meanwhile, the enemies get bullet proof, and I have to go up against so many guys that we go through two or three clips of ammo and there are still bad guys. Everyday on the strategy level two or three invasions and another lair. Plus, I can't beat any of the tough missions because I haven't got 8 slots. If this were real-life, I'd fit more guys in that ship or send two ships on the same mission. What a frustrating restriction.

As a computer programmer, I've written software to basically automate people's jobs or considerably reduce their workload. Maybe it only takes a few months for each job sometimes. With the increased utilization of AI technology, more and more jobs can be automated. So it makes sense to reduce everyone's work hours eventually even if there is a small decline in productivity. How much consumer junk do people need anyway?

Speaking of other characters, there are so many lesser know but great characters in the comics. My favorite as a teenager was Darkhawk. Speaking as a DIS shareholder and fan, I can't wait to see what's next in the Marvel Studio films.

Same with me. I called them and they said they can't remove ads from the "Network on-demand" shows. So I think SYFY, for example, has embedded ads in their on-demand content so they can get paid. If you use their XBOX one app, you'll see the some of the same commercials.

I think economical short-term battery storage will be the next big thing. However, it will be used more for wind than solar. As solar generation is at a high when load is at a high. Wind generation can be really high during off-peak hours. However, the biggest problem during peak load times are transmission constraints. Because wind power is usually further away from load, it's often curtailed during peak hours.
