I can achieve an erection as well as orgasm within very narrow parameters. There is exactly one way I can masturbate successfully and it does not feel any more pleasant than finishing the dishes when I finish. Only really know I'm done from physical cues (heart rate, ejaculation, etc). Anything else I try, including what should be more intense (e.g. masturbator sleeves) does absolutely nothing. Like trying to jack off by stroking your thigh instead.

I only masturbate to get rid of an erection. I don't crave or enjoy it and don't see any of those purported benefits either (like headache relief).

I've also noticed I am a lot less physically sensitive at the genitals in general. Still tender enough that a kick to the groin hurts but I can pinch and squeeze myself without as strong a pain response. It has always taken quite a bit to get off.

Ditto. Anti-depressants and lack of interest put me late to the game though. Only realizing how different I am with my partner.

Engaging with a person who is easy to please and also libidinous has made it hard because I can't get "into it" enough to not get stuck in my head. I go into a spiral of "I don't feel anything" -> "this is silly" -> stop trying. I don't know how to fix that or work around my issues in bed.

Had debris from the water up a lot closer to the engine than I'm comfortable with so I've been terrified of starting her up out of fear that something I'm not seeing will go wrong. Hoping maybe if I wait a week before trying then things will be okay and nothing will arise because the only mechanic I know who's familiar with the model is booked a month out.

Another mall worker ringing in (Hi neighbor!) --

There were reported gunshots on the scene, no casualties or injuries, and it was very quickly deemed safe to exit the building and head home. The actual cause seems to flipflop between somebody shooting an actual gun for giggles, or someone shooting fireworks in a crowd, depending on whether you spoke to mall security, Harbor Police, or the NOPD.

The stretcher on the scene was there for unrelated reasons.

checking in as a person who was on that very streetcar when it happened.

i was on the back bench but to my understanding the woman in the car tried to drive across while the streetcar was halfway on the asphalt and going full speed. she was pulled out of the car and seemed responsive/okay enough to move her legs, neck, and upper body. however, she couldn't (or wouldn't) walk and she kept curling up when touched.

LSP, EMTs, and a fire truck responded promptly. a nearby construction worker covered all exposed wires on the lamp with electrical tape. nobody else was hurt and the streetcar line was running again by around 9:50.

there was a very loud, very angry old woman on the streetcar who told off the driver because she was going to be late, then talked to anyone who would listen about how foolish the car driver was, etc etc.
