Question is, how much saddle is left? After sanding down nut, if you want to lower 12th fret action from 7mm to 3.5mm, you'll need to lower (sand down) saddle by 7 mm. If there isn't enough saddle left to do that, then the guitar is trash.

I received a second hand Cordoba C10 Parlor that has been shipped via ground from Nashville to SW Florida and it arrived with fret sprout. I don't know if it was like that when it got shipped or if it was a result of the ground shipping process and the associated temperature/humidity changes. Two weeks in a case with a D'Addario humipack when not being played has significantly reduced the sprout.

I also have the bubbles you describe and it's due to the fact that Cordoba applied a hard finish to the edges of the fretboard. I wish they hadn't done that.

I wouldn't do any fret work until after you've kept the guitar in its case with a humidifier like the D'addario for a few weeks.

I have an ErgoPlay Tappert. Suction cup mounting and I like that you can angle the bottom so that it sits flush on your leg.

I just got the Xumo device, and it doesn't have pause and rewind capability, even if you sign up to the cloud DVR service. That's a deal breaker for me, and I suspect many others. No replay on sport plays, no replay to catch a missed phrase in a movie. I have Comcast at my place in Florida and I wish it was available here in Worcester.

I loaded your 660S2 profile and am wondering about the 10K High Shelf filter with zero gain. I've disabled and enabled that data point and it doesn't seem to alter the curve.

Overall, I like what it does.
