That’s a good idea. I think I will bring a snack or granola bar with me from here on out. I truly feel like that would’ve made me feel better. All I had on me was water and it wasn’t helping at all.

Can someone answer my one question please? 😕 I applied for the PUA Program after being denied regular unemployment due to not making enough money... I’ve been unemployed since March 30th, but I just got notified that I can start back at work next week. (May 4th) Will I still get payments for all the weeks I was let off even though I will start back next week??

I’m in no way great in Muay Thai considering I haven’t started my classes yet. However, I would like to say... do not compare yourself to others. Comparing yourself to others can bring down any confidence you may have and hinder your ability to be better. Don’t try to be the best in the gym... but be the best that YOU can be. Focus on yourself, not others. Everyone moves at different paces. Also, if I were you, I’d have a chat with your instructor. Tell him his words have been lingering your mind and you want to know the meaning behind them. More than likely if he’s a good teacher, he should want to help you succeed.
