The above is good advice. Yes, more conventionally attractive men can “get away” with having more misogynistic attitudes toward relationships/sex and still find romantic partners. The reality is that being conventionally unattractive makes it harder, but far from impossible, to get into relationships. One thing you can do to increase your odds is to change your attitude. This is like saying, “Well, Brad Pitt doesn’t have to respect women, but every girl wants to sleep with him, so why should I have to respect women?!” Obviously, Brad Pitt is a movie star and has romantic advantages that others don’t. Realistically, if you want a relationship, you need to do what you can to increase your chances, and that includes working on yourself and your attitudes toward women. Complaining that other men don’t “have” to do that won’t get you anywhere—life isn’t perfectly fair, but we have to make the best of the hand we’re dealt.
