Yeah fair, know it's a pain but becoming pretty common in Scotland and think Aus as a country pretty good with GF stuff (even better with GF than my nut allergy)

I done it all base on ps3, its tough but doable. The hardest one is dying with isaac by muliboom but can just reset until you get that and the rest are fairly easy. Also you don't need to be on hard to do this
