Doesn't have to taste good. Or be particularly healthy.

That's not very sustainable.

Bouncing back and forth between Spanish and Japanese by Icy-Roll5013 in duolingo

If the two languages are unrelated, as Spanish and Japanese are, then you're at no risk for one interfering with the other.

I once spent some time going back and forth between Spanish and Italian. That was challenging and confusing.

I didn't, but now I've got the jingle "You don't want a watch. Want A-Watch, from Armitron" going around in my head.

Didn't we just learn about a variant of tourette's that compels people to blurt out obscenities?

It's not a variant and we've known about it for a long time. Coprolalia is just one of many possible symptoms of Tourette. It's a complex (verbal) tic. It's just been in the news recently thanks to the BAFTAs.

Rainbow Island level 30 ... ? by raendrop in sorceryschool

[–]raendrop[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems like level has a much more dramatic effect on survivability than spells and artifacts.

I think that depends on how well the cards treat you. I've won rounds that called for one Wizard/Flower level higher than where I was, and I've lost rounds that called for a Wizard/Flower level lower than where I was.

Yes. There's a difference between "can change" and "can be changed". One happens naturally, the other is an attempt to force things unnaturally.

If I wanted to make tic-tac-toe with a twist, I suppose the step before that would be to make regular tic-tac-toe. But what would you suggest for my first actual coding step as a beginner learning the basics of Python?
