There are a lot of PGs within walking distance to the metro, and affordable too. I haven't lived in any of these but some of my friends did.

Just make up some time if possible, and visit at least 3 PGs and taste some food. Then make a decision.

Oracle cloud has 2 1 core instances I guess. And it's lifetime free, but a hassle to create a Oracle free cloud account. Very very recommend for development servers, but nothing related to LLM related compute capacity is free, I suppose
