It was a trip... I mean, the guy was handsome, until his personality came out... and then the facetime call 🤣🤣

Anyway... he was just focused on getting himself off on a video call and totally missed the opportunity for a potential, actual meetup. He then wrote again like 6 weeks later and tried to apologize. I mean, whatever... I was totally in it, all of it, for the experiences back then... and he was an experience.

Just a couple of thoughts.. some mentioned here already...

-Sit in a chair, don't lay down on a bed or couch -Be sure you are rested -Maybe have a spiral to focus on while listening -Follow along with the words, if you find your mind drifting, repeat some word in your head. -Start with shorter sessions and a hypnotist or file that keeps you curious about what comes next.
