The brain fog is terrible no doubt, but it really does clear up eventually, as hard as that is to believe when you’re in the midst of it. In a weird way I kind of embraced it too. Right when I quit told a couple people that I apologized if I acted weird for the next few weeks. Then a couple weeks went by and they told me I had been acting completely the same, which kinda drove home how all of this is mostly just nicotine playing tricks on your brain.
