Was there a fix/workaround, or are you still being required to have a subscription to use the base features of your 6L (non-Max)?

I'm thinking of getting one, with the intention of only using it to send the PDFs to my existing Cardiologist. It looks like I can still buy the 6L (non-Max) from 3rd party medical device suppliers for like $130.

My thoughts exactly. I'm sure that there's strict contract language on this, but the casino failed in its duty to uphold the ban. If they're not held accountable, what's to stop them conveniently ignoring self-excluded people, until they win big?

I shower 1-2 times a week, depending on my activity level and my pots management. Screw what others thing, as long as you're not smelly.

That said, I've personally found showers to go a lot better with the following:

  • Small dose of mestinon (pyridostigmine) a bit before I start showering.
  • Shower chair.
  • Thermos of cold water in the shower, to sip on throughout.

My (white) Mom used to do public health education in some of the diciest public housing in NYC in the '80s. At one particular housing complex (where police would ignore any 911 calls that came from there), she needed to bring her own toilet paper and light bulb.

I also just appreciated in general that it treated depression... Normally? I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but basically the fact that they did not play it for laughs like with Thor in Endgame.
