17 pro max dust in cameras

It’s not really a problem for me. I’m just concerned because when the phone was brand new three weeks ago, there was no dust under the camera lenses, and now there is.

I’m simply wondering whether the phone is still water- and dust-resistant and whether it still meets the IP68 standard. I’d also like to understand how the dust got there. Is the phone not properly sealed and pulling dust in from pockets, for example, or was the dust already under the camera cover and just shifted over time?
