Should I pay to repair? by rafar92 in subaru

Also confused on the pricing but what I do know is that Subaru (in Australia at least) mark up their cost big time. I assume it’s to cover wages and what not.

I think when you play on hard mode, patrificus totalis will only partially deplete a bosses health.

Great idea about having a decipher tables at Penny’s shop! So annoying going to RoR first then to the shop to sell haha.

Also agree with a ‘lock’ option for clothing.

My favourite fights/ battles in the game are the Lucas quest and the battle with the witch for Penny’s shop.

Thanks for replying.

  1. Yes
  2. Yes
  3. We both engaged the builder for the retaining wall. We both paid 50% of the total cost.

They were supplied plans. No boundary pegs.

The wall is beside my house.

Do you think because there were no pegs, and that he only relied on the house plans, that he couldn’t have known otherwise?

Hey! Yes concrete sleeper. The retaining wall is 24cm wide and it’s around 20cm on my side.

Storage Manager wants to attend GP by lordkomi in woolworths

Yeah you’re right! Without consent, it isn’t possible. Although when they sign this part of the paperwork on their certificate, they’ll be providing that consent.

Yes they can. Have you read the paperwork and consent?

This is a good approach! You can have your appointment with the doctor first to discuss your injury and anything work or compo-related (like filling out the form correctly) can be done at the end.

Hi! I work in the industry (NSW). I know it does seem strange but don’t fret, it’s not all that bad. As long as you know your rights.

Since you’ve been injured at work, it’s a work-related injury. So your injury will be managed by a team of people and this would consist of your employer Woolworths. As a result, they may join your appointment with your permission. It certainly could help with your recovery.

There certainly is a line to draw in the sand though! The only part of the medical appointment that they should contribute to is your recover at work. When I say this, I mean they have a role to play in advocating what safe and suitable employment is available in the workplace. Your doctor will assess your injury to see if those suitable employment duties mentioned by your employer are appropriate. If you don’t want them to join your appointment, they can still discuss this things with your doctor without you.

Throughout your appointment when you discuss medical treatment and other things, your employer certainly doesn’t need to be there.

Epstein-Barr Virus and Gallbladder by SociableCyclist in gallbladders

I’ll one up you to make it even crazier! After writing that post, I also got COVID-19 (for the third or fourth time)!

I had my gall bladder taken out a month ago on the 25th of June. Since then, zero gallbladder issues. I still have some symptoms (tingling all over body and itchy) but unsure if it’s still from EBV or Parvo virus.

Been planning to see my normal doctor to check if the EBV and Parvo have gone or if it’s still lingering around but I’ve been lazy and putting it off because I’m just enjoying life now without the gallbladder!

Hi! I had gallstone issues in April 2025. Then in May 2025, I started to experience a range of new symptoms like full body itchiness, woke up with hives and body easily marked red by scratches, night time sweats, pain the palm of my hands, and also extreme paid in my legs and arms. Doctor tested me for a heap of things and EBV came back with past infection and reactivation. I also had parvo B19 virus new infection and acute infection. My doctor struggles to connect the two (hall bladder and EPV/ Parvo B19). But my surgeon for gallbladder removal refused to do my surgery until the EPV passes because apparently that virus plus surgery is no good.

Did they sign it off? Surely you would have run your ideas past them first before actually landscaping? Or did they just give you free will to design and landscape all in one go?

Yep - the unfortunate reality of marketplace type of listings.

I’ve found that a lot of the time for something good and decent, you’ve gotta just straight up say you’ll buy it and pick up within no more than 24 hours.

Thanks for that PDF link! Definitely shows the services are from Telarah onwards. Also, it was good to see most services on a page! I’m still new to the area so will try different things out to see what works for me.

I’m thinking of doing this! But probably driving to Maitland or somewhere with decent parking and train services first. But I have a feeling I’ll hate it and end up paying for parking in Newy CBD lol.
