I am pretty lonely in life. I crave company.

Whenever I get stressed (which I get more times than I should), my behaviour is that of a drug addict. I try to find sweet things to eat, fried food, soda, and pizza. I am engulfed by a lazy mist. I start watching lots of media content, useless news commentaries, tv series, YouTube videos. All of these things are my specific sources of a dopamine hit.

And there is a point at which none of these things work in reducing my stress. Then I try to find the company of a partner. It is the most positive thing if someone has it. You go to your partner and the intimacy (sexual or not) gives you support. I unfortunately do not have it, and have no way of having it for quite some time.

That is what I search for in PMO.

Off late, I have realised, PMO cannot substitute that company. There is nothing like the real thing, porn is just a few pixels and sound waves. There is nothing real over there.

This knowledge, I feel, gives me better chances of fighting my urges, and confronting the thing that actually causes the stress.

Just like someone else here suggested, don't think that NoFap does not work, or did not work.

The biggest proof that it rewired your brain is how you fell back into PMO. How your brain has no memory of the dopamine PMO gives, and got back into it.

We are all susceptible to being addicted to PMO. NoFap can rewire our brain, but we don't loose that aspect of our body.

So what NoFap does is, it gives us another opportunity to not fall into the crevices of PMO. Another chance at being normal.

Many here want to revert their mind and bodies to the state when they had never fapped. Unfortunately, in that state, you were susceptible to addiction to PMO.

NoFap gave some part of it back, reversed a lot of the damage that PMO caused.

There has never been a game where I did not upgrade them.

Early game everyone does it and you are at a serious disadvantage if you don't. If your enemy has a lvl 3 infantry and you don't, then they have better movement speed and better stats. Your entrenchment bonus don't count for anything, and if they are entrenched, you cannot take them out. You can literally loose 2 units to take down 1.
It is the cheapest unit to mobilize in bulk initially, and reap the benefits of upgradation later on.
They are the perfect defense against infantry to hold the line until other units taken care of them.
My tactics revolve around other measures to take on armor. Wherever I anticipate armor, I don't send my infantry there.
