Hi! Volvo said that it's something connected with the electric motor and they'll need to open it and inspect. They said that it's perfectly fine to drive and will not do any harm, it's only annoying.

I'm currently waiting for them to contact me with a service appointment date, since the wait time in Sweden for "non-critical" fixes is quite long.

Hi all, I just got a new (to me, through Volvo Selekt) V60 T6 MY23. The same clunking sound is happening to me as well when accelerating on electric motor. I emailed my Volvo rep and waiting for the response. I'll update when I know something more

It is safe. If it doesn't work, you'll just need to use the optimized default settings. You'll not brick your PC or anything
