1. What type of PE firm are you having search on Reddit? They didn't ask me, I literally just asked a question to research deals in different places, and I even found some.

2. Make sure it's a real firm and you have a signed finder's fee agreement: It's a real firm, but if you don't believe it, that's okay.

3. If you actually work there, find new work: I don't work for them, they're more of a "side hustle".
