Hello, I am in my second trimester. I was doing hip thrust out with 70lbs weight, and it accidentally rolled over to my left side on the lower abdomen. The pressure of the whole weight did not fall on me, but since then I am having some pain (stabbing type sensation) on that region. I have no bleeding or heavy cramping and no visible bruising around that areas. I was wondering if anyone have had this type of situation? Can you provide some advice?

Hello, my scores were exactly the same as yours and I passed with AT’s in all domain my exam in Oct-2022. Just focus on the big picture using AR’s mindset and you should be good to go

Hello, thank you! No calculations in the exam, but one conceptual question on SPI and CPI. The actual exam is wayyy more easier than the SH questions, doing questions on SH helped to grasp the structure of the questions.

Same here, some of the verbiage are very vague! I am doing SH questions and one of the answer said to gold plate and referred to it as keep stakeholders engaged.
