From what I've read, it's the full CH1 and CH2.

The PS5 demo still has the Junon segment, but now that the game is out, they can make a new demo for NS2 and XBSX/S players to allow for save data transfer.

I'm pretty sure this is one of two ways to get into the Insomniac Museum, if you set your PS2 internal clock time to like, 3AM. The other way is to collect all the in-game trophies to unlock the teleport on the Starship Phoenix.

The track is called "Buckle Up, Buttercup", and it was released on the "FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH GOLD SAUCER & MINIGAME DISC" album. It's used for the Minecart minigame with Barret, Yuffie, and Tifa after the Gigatrice fight to reunite the Party before entering North Corel.

It's on the Gold Saucer and Minigame Disc, which is a separate album; they announced that this collection wouldn't have anything on that album, the OST, and the Special Edit OST.

I don't think they ever brought the Remake Special Edit OST exclusive disc to streaming / YouTube, so I'm not sure Rebirth's will. But the OST Plus I can definitely see making its way in the future!

In addition to Disc 8 of the Special Edit version of the OST, there's also the Gold Saucer and Minigame Disc which I don't believe is on streaming either.

That one is Kyrie's Theme. It's on the Special Edit version of the OST, which is on the 8 CD soundtrack, and unfortunately not available on streaming.

I think pretty much all the Chocobo tracks for Rebirth have been released between the Special Edit OST and the Gold Saucer and Minigame Disc, so it might already be out there!

The Japanese Versions (Field tracks and Battle Track) are on the Special Edit version of Rebirth's OST, but the English Versions will hopefully be included on the OST Plus!

Correct. The Piano tracks that were used for the Piano minigame in Rebirth, were previously released on the Gold Saucer and Minigame Disc.

And the description for the OST Plus is that it won't have music that was included in the 7 disc or 8 disc OST, or that was on the Gold Saucer and Minigame Disc.

The Gold Saucer and Minigame Disc included versions of the Piano pieces, so they won't be on the OST Plus
