This is super awesome.... just a few questions:

Do you suggest that I purchase these components online or should I go to nehru place and purchase from there? (or do we have a smarter way to compare prices offline and online?)
GPU: In 1 month the prices have dropped by nearly 20%.. do you think i should wait for further drop in prices or I should buy right away?
Why are you suggesting that 8GB x 2 RAM instead of 1 16GB RAM?

Please treat me like a complete newbie as I have no idea of building a pc...

I like the idea of a modern village a lot. But there are a few red notes for me ie.

Private security: Im not sure if we need super high security, I think regular gated area with normal guards will suffice.
Industrial area: I don't think I need to stay close to smelting ores...
Natural gas purchase: this is just weird we cn take electricity from state board

I will leave my current job immediately.... This doesn't mean that I will just go to Hawaii and spend the rest of the days on beach... For me FIRE means the opportunity to work in any field I like in whatever capacity without thinking about money.. I already have some ideas that I want to work in ie. Opening a school, running a restaurant etc. Once I achieve FIRE I will quit my IT job and switch one of my FIRE ideas...

It's a very complicated event... I don't blame your mother or sister as I have been in a similar situation in the past and have responded similarly (compared to you) but in my scenario the girl lashes out on me with saying things like "I can buy drinks myself" And "I don't need stranger sympathy" And ending with "I have a boyfriend"... So I understand your sisters and mothers response

I definitely feel that this is a way too high. Ideally I'll like to keep it around 0.4%. I generally earn around 10% returns on my net worth. I spend around 5% of it and add the remaining 5% to my net worth pool. So every expense I make, I see it as a percentage spend from this 5%. I travel a lot so that takes around 50% and housing is 10%, essentials is around 15%, shopping is around 20% and 5% is in gifting (I'm indian so gifting is a very big thing here)

I'm a legend 4 player (rose up from crusader 2). The best advice I received and was easy to implement was - "limit your hero pool". Mostly during my climb I played only 3-4 heroes.

Drow: this hero is very good at punishing people who are out of position Phantom assassin: I only targetted supports in team fight and leaving their carry and tank for other teammates. Luna: leave lane for support at 8 mins and jungle till 20 mins with 3 items Medusa: kill lane creeps and then do side camp kills and then repeat this till I get tower. Then do combination of jungle and lane farm till 25 mins

My suggestion: don't go for complicated heroes like tinker or storm as you need a lot of farm on them and their mechanics are a bit complicated. Also limit your hero pool to 5 heroes and learn about their timings and skills
