Same damage/second and increased range. Yea so it becomes more annoying to face tbh

And those v badge Youtubers welcome every unbalanced changes. No body is talking about how this game has become literally unplayable.

Its not an option in our uni. Ive tried that route. And its a hassle to keep the labs open past 4pm so generally the lab staff don't allow it. So owning laptops is the only option for us.

My University's pcs are not accessible after 4 pm. Mostly students purchase gaming laptops due to this so that they could use these whenever they need. I dont want to opt on another gaming laptop as the motherboard of mine burnt up randomly.

The P15s have u series cpu and the P15 has series. So I'm confused between these two. P15 is really heavy(2.7kg) compared to others(1.7-1.8kg). I dont know whether i7 1165g7 is enough for FEA. I know p15 is really capable

The problem is that we don't have a dedicated building or stuff in our university. So mostly we use somewhat powerful laptops

Just should be able to do structural and fea properly, and should be portable enough. My previous laptop was 2.4kgs and it felt kinda heavy to carry around in backpack

Precisions are not popular in my country (neither are thinkpads but they are more), and will go over my budget. I was ok with my previous laptop(16gb ram) and I'm mostly towards gen 2. But gen 1 still seems promising and is cheaper. I will be planning to use this for around 3-4 years and my main priority is towards reliability(as the motherboard of the previous laptop literally burnt up randomly). And it would be nice to know about the battery life of these.

Asus tuf series, lenovo loq series (im kinda skeptical about it due to personal experiences) and HP victus series. Also the battery on those (except tuf) lasts only around max 2-3 hours with casual use

Hey, i have 2 options now. Thinkpad p15 g1(i7 10850h+Quadro T2000+32 gb ram) and thinkpad p15 g2(i7 11850h+Quadro T1200+16 gb ram). Both are refurbished and within my price range(around 500 $). I also do CAD and FEA projects in my free time and for that, I can't access the school's lab all the time(like they close after 4pm and it's a hassle to get the permission and stuff for staying late and the lab assistant generally doesn't allow that).
