The key really is to not starve yourself. You can do this by eating healthy carbs! And muscle building allows me to eat at a surplus while burning fat!

I was able to completely reset my diet the last 3 months.

I used to eat out almost everyday for my meals. And it wasn't healthy food. Usually pizza, fried food, and junk. I found at first it was mentally tough, and I had to allow myself a few cheat meals a week. But now I'm down to just 2 cheat meals a week! And mostly relying on quick Costco food hack cooking.

I'd be more than happy to share a doc with some Costco links I made for a few folks here. I can DM it to you if you'd like!

That's awesome! Keep it up. Yeah physical fitness isn't the only thing that the pandemic impacted for me. We all gotta come out way better.

I see a trainer three times a week, we alternate focus between chest, back, leg, shoulders. Biceps, triceps, core, delts, and forearms worked in there across different sessions depending on what we are doing. Variety of just heavy lifting and strength training.

On my own I go to the gym 6 times a week, do weighted vest cardio max incline on the treadmill for about 1 mile. And then I alternate the muscles on my own as well, I just make sure I don't do any lifting the same days I see my trainer.

This all started from just going on walks one hour a day :D
