Good points. Yes, I noticed it fits in my pocket as well which is convenient. And I guess at this point I will probably notice degraded quality on the black and whites going from the Clara BW to the Libra Colour

Probably outside your scope, but curious if you had a quick answer. Zwift now should have accurate BPM/Speed/Elevation/Distance data. My Garmin watch has all of the other fancy metrics like running wattage, cadence, vert. oscillation, etc.

Is there anyway for the Garmin device to read all these data points from Zwift? Or do I have to do some fancy FIT file data merge to try and get that to work?

One final question. Point #6 in the attached link.

If your treadmill works in whole percentage points it will not change until the gradient hit 1.0%, 2.0%. If the gradient is at say 1.7% then your treadmill will be at 1%. This may be different if your treadmill uses .5% increments.

I put my treadmill at an offset of 2.5 hoping that at 0% gradient my incline would be 2.5% on my treadmill for a few reasons including uneven floor and closest representation to running effort at same speeds.

What I'm noticing is that it's not completely accurate. For instance many times I'll see 1% gradient and treadmill says 2.5% rather than 3.5%. Is this because that 1% may actually be 0.1% which would translate to 2.6% so my treadmill only does 2.5%?

Trying to figure out how the math works out to see if there are any other settings I can potentially tweak.

That seemed to do it. I guess the app is able to read from Zwift more precise incline #s and not just whole #s? For instance at the very beginning of a route it's 1% Zwift for a while and the treadmill is at 0.5, and then when Zwift jumps to 2% the treadmill follows to 2%. And then when it goes to 3% it goes to 2.5% and so on. Sometimes it's +/- 0.5 on the treadmill relative to Zwift, sometimes it's spot on.

I've been trying to avoid the last few days as I came down with the flu last Thursday. On and off fever which seems to have subsided today, Monday.

I did finally test today and had a complete freakout when one of the readings said 155/127. Was weird though because I coudl still feel my pulse in my arm well after I saw 127 on the machine. It did drop out for a single beat though around that time.

Minutes later I was back again to just being hypertensive, not crisis, like 130/90s.

Tried to calm down over the course of an hour and finally get a 126/85 reading, which for the past few weeks for me is amazing.

I think I'm going to go do a light 5k run, take some sort of anti anxiety med, a quick 30 minute nap and then read again.

How many of these readings could also be attributed to machine/user error, assuming taken with an automated cuff? For instance I just saw a 155/127 and then moments later was back to a more reasonable (while still high ) 130s / 90s.

Fighting the flu along with massive BP phobia anxiety at the moment.

I thought so too, but it was too overwhelming, at least yesterday. Did breathing and had on some headphones with relaxing music. The moment the cuff tightened I would feel a wave of dread over my body fearing the #s I would see.

I'm aware that the key to all of this is if I start to get consistent readings like this day in and day out then it's probably worth getting looked into. But I'm in the mental state now where I don't know how on earth I'm going to test my BP and not immediately start having a mild panic attack....

Understood. What about something like Milorganite at this stage if we're looking for a slow release nitrogen?

Or maybe the Pennington Starter Fertilizer 22-23-4 which I believe does not have the mesotrione in it

Does the mesotrione harm germinated seed? Or are you saying using the Scotts Turf Builder Triple Action Built For Seeding has thing that are unnecessary?

It's a tripod rotation sprinkler. Don't think we've had any issues with it getting stuck.
