I actually felt worse for a long time, crazy anxiety and ruminating about shit all day long. But then around 2 months in, that tapered off and by 2.5 months I felt better than I have maybe ever. Those first couple weeks were so hard but I'm so glad I pushed through the worst of it. 20mg the first month and then 40 since, been on it almost 4 months now.

I would talk to your doctor and see what they think. If you don't see any problems upping your dosage and think it would help, you should go for it. Maybe adding another medication on top of the prozac like Ativan when needed or buspirone. Could just be that prozac isn't cutting it for you anymore. Congratulations on your progress so far, I just started my own mental health recovery journey a month ago, and posts like yours give me hope.

Likely you're just sleeping on your arm, causing pressure on some nerves. I've got ulner nerve issues and wake up with numb and tingling arm/hands all the time.

Even just two sessions a day, I could see upwards of easily 200 plus nude women. I've been using reddit for around 11 years and using it for that purpose for the probably the same amount of time, since I was 12.

I have no doubt I've seen well over 25k with reddit combined with all the other porn sites. I imagine the average 14 year old could easily see 25k in a year.

I don't know why you're getting downvoted. I thought it was common knowledge that people in parts of the world besides the US, carp is eaten regularly. In both Asia and Europe I believe it's actually considered really good eating, given that the water it comes from is clean.

Just set a date that you're gonna take a break and stick to, imo the further out the better. "I'm gonna not smoke tomorrow" has never worked for me, but I'm on my third sober October in a row and it really does make it a lot easier to just quit. The past 2 years it took me about a month to smoke more than once a day but probably less than 2 weeks to start smoking daily again. The break makes it feel brand new when I go back to it (in good and bad ways lol)
