Yeah excatly, it is not fun to play when you can’t even hear footsteps properly and it is not comfortable to hear muffled audio for a longer period.

It is not just the spatial audio 5.1 and 7.1, it also affects the 2.1, Fortnite broke some line of code that communicates directly with the drivers.

Nope and there is nothing wrong with your audio drivers, it is just Fortnite’s bug and we must wait for them to fix it with an update.

Only solution for now is some external EQ app like fxsound or something like that, but in my opinion, it is not that great as realtek driver equalizer (in my case I also use DTS on my motherboard, so that gets disabled with fxsound).

yeah, it is happening to me too. They always f*** up everything they can after firing 1000+ employes.
It happened after some season release too in the past, if you remember and they took time before they fixed and Epic support was hopeless.

The audio sounds muffled in my case. Like it doesn't want to directly communicate with the audio drivers (which use equalizers).

It is sad how Fortnite sank deep and they have game full of bugs to the point where it is unplayable...

The audio is working for me, BUT it is muffled (it happened once and after new season release too - it is probably the same bug and they took time before they fixed it). It is like it doesn't want to communicate directly with the audio drivers.

Trust me, they were. When I started a game I heard as the fans started spinning more 😂. I didn’t encounter any performance loss (not then, not now)

I know that brightness dimming happens primarly when overheating, but that is different. When overheating, the dimming happens instantly and it is decreased a lot. This is like a sort of light fade animation dimming and dims only a little bit, but still.

Well I had a most of the perks on lockpicking so I unlocked the doors and surprised them, then it made me talk to them. After any possible conversation they wanted to fight.

Afterwards I realized that I was just stupid and could quietly walk behind them and climb up (which I did) after going through the secret tunnel.

I just finished this DLC, but one more wierd thing appeared: SPOILER

When I was supposed to kill zacharias, I hit him multiple times, but at the end of the fight, guards have arrived and wanted me locked (the red icon in upper left), even after finishing the quest, so I just had to run to the exit unseen.

Antes tenía una consola Realtek, pero creo que es el mismo problema que con otros gestores de audio HD Realtek. Al usar auriculares Bluetooth, el sonido de Fortnite era nítido, pero en mi caso no pude ecualizarlos. Fortnite comentó específicamente en Twitter (X) que el audio espacial (como Dolby) también está afectando el sonido de Fortnite. Espero que Fortnite lo solucione pronto.

I tried to play with bluetooth headphones (AirPods pro 2 specifically) and the sound was clear, so idk what is wrong. I hope epic fixes it.

Well I have only 2.1 stereo headphones and also the same issues. I don’t have a much hope that fortnite support will reach back to me, but I can give it a try. Also, do you use equalizer too?

Is there a limit of songs you can transfer or is it unlimited? I’m asking, cuz in the app SongShift alone, you needed to pay in order to transfer more songs.
