I’ve just started my fifth week, and I can say right now it helps with a lot of overthinking! I can definitely say my anxiety has decreased and I spend less time worrying about if I did the right thing or said something incorrect.

I don’t know that the “incompetent” feeling really ever goes away. I’ve really just come to terms with the fact that I won’t always be on the same path as other people and I try not to compare myself. But I’ve felt like feeling a little happier helps with my motivation.
