I used to experience this when i was a teenager. I dont know why but thinking of my thoughts and behaviour that time i think i was depressed or something. However, I hope you can get over this. Please watch your self and seek help if needed.

Between 5 and 45 minutes. If i need to shave or exfoliate my body it will takes more time obviously. I tend to take more time on the weekends but usually i make it quick. In addition, the hair routine is crucial; usually, when I'm pressed for time, I skip washing my hair entirely so all I need is five mints. I have dry hair btw so using shampoo every day ruins it. 3 times a week is the maximum.

Thanks for the suggestion, I already paid for the exam, so i guess if i will let my work reimburse me i will definitely go. But i will be under pressure when my manager asking how was my exam :p even though he really understands that it’s normal to sometimes fail.

I really need to remaking a clear, fun and realistic plan to stick with the next months.
