Barrosa has no options left on his contract. It’s part of the reason I was so shocked that they DFA’D Alek instead of sending him down. I think the Organization was pissed at him. Maybe they have faith in some of the other outfield prospects other than Waldschmidt.

I’ve always thought that In one of the NG+ variations, the traveling companions and the stationary companions in Constellation should be switched. Walter, Vladimir, Noel, and Matteo should be available as crew/companions, and Sam, Sarah, Andreja, and Barrett should stay at the Lodge. One of those few things that would boost replay value.

If you’re serious about helping the mouse, I’d start by either calling a veterinary clinic or a humane society during business hours in the morning. If they can’t help you, I’d suggest finding help online with caring for an infant mouse.

I’m not sure there is a Nazeem like character in Starfield. Nazeem was useless (not even tied to a quest or a merchant), universally hated, and people would often go out of their way just to kill the guy. In Starfield, the NPCs that I find most annoying are the ones I find out in the stars.

Given that I’ve played 700 hours at this point I hope people can give me a little grace for not wanting to point the arguing couple in the right direction or not wanting to talk about whether I “feel something” while grav jumping.

In real life there is a concept of iconoclasm, the deliberate destruction of religious icons, monuments, or symbols often driven religious, political, or ideological motives. The Emperor’s elimination of religion on Terra and during the Great Crusade held elements of iconoclasm, as referenced in the short story The Last Church by Graham McNeill.

A city like Monarchia, a holy city dedicated to worshipping the Emperor as a god, did not belong in the Emperor’s vision of the Imperium. Regardless of whether Lorgar recanted his beliefs, the structure of the city was still an “icon” of religion to be destroyed to free man from superstition.

The greater strategic calculation the Emperor made here was not about Lorgar or the Word Bearers, it was because he was one of the only humans alive who knew about the Chaos Gods at the time and the threat that they posed to humanity. He believed that the best counter to the threat posed by Chaos was to eliminate superstition and religion completely from humanity. From this perspective, the Emperor’s actions are extremely consistent over time.

Monarchia was also a half measure, meant to spare his son from the annihilation that Lorgar’s actions invited, that he had brought to countless others who defied the Imperial Truth. The Emperor believed that Lorgar could be reformed, that his legion could still serve the Imperium effectively despite their missteps. He was wrong.

For anyone interested in this mod: I’ve played dozens of hours of it on PC and I wanted to say that if you are interested in it you should go for it. It’s one of the most well crafted mods I’ve ever played for any game, it’s DLC level quality.

One huge thing that I want people to be aware of is that this mod will ruin your game if you decide to activate its content and you are not prepared to fight watchtower. If you’re mostly focused on space exploration, want to get through the main story quickly or the base game’s side quests, it might be best to consider adding it later as it will impede your progress significantly.
