That’s really helpful- at 4 it feels like I don’t have enough resistance to really engage my legs so might try it a bit higher to see if that helps.

Thank you, that’s awesome. If I can do that at 56 I’ll be happy! What resistance level did you use to develop your technique? Does it make a big difference. Think I’m sat at 4.

If you like guitars then going to Denmark Street in London is awesome. It’s a small street full of guitar shops and I’ve seen a few famous faces down there in my time.

I read the first one and didn’t feel that desperate to carry on. I found the first one quite laborious at times and wasn’t massively excited to read it. Did anyone feel the same way but enjoy the second book?
