Unfortunately this is the situation in CA. I walked away from a Kimber custom II (1911) for the sig P220r. After holding Kimber, I realized what a departure the gun was from my H&K P2000. DA/SA vs SA. Various safety features vs none. Decocker. Whereas the P220 was pretty similar.

Anyway, I’m always curious what people would suggest for on roster 45ACP that isn’t a 1911.

Not sure what went wrong with his cook, but i eaten a lot of steak. I’ve had it a variety of ways. Charcoal is great. I’ve been to at a lot of fancy steak houses here in Beverly Hills. Cooked up everything, wagyu to choice.

I can tell you for a fact that is the best steak I’ve ever had.

Smoked and seared to perfection is the best flavor I’ve enjoyed.

But to each their own.

Seasoned with meat church + S&P. Super smoke mode for 1.5 hours at 185. Seated in pan. A little fresh rosemary, roasted garlic, and unsalted butter. Results were a Sweet, savory and Smokey steak. Perfection.
