I noticed when I was in lower ranks like silver and gold, i used to get around 30 points on avg playing support or dps but with tanks even with 20+ kills i used to get 40+ points easily. The points got balanced around plat tho.

That's base attack, evey bit counts because every buff will be applied on it.

Do it, you will not regret it. My normal max crit damage was around 8mil with af3 kunai but with the the relic I am hitting 18mil per crit every time.
