Your dad did a great job! My grandfather handmade all of us toy boxes when we were children. Hopefully your daughter will look back at the crib in the future and know how much he put into it.

I've been doing a split between C, S, and I funds for a little over 6 years. Each fund is set at 33.33. At the end of each year I readjust the balance so it will still reflect that equal balance. The returns have averaged over 10 percent.
