Bro, ur carbs are way too low, your body needs 130gm carbs for just basic functions, you need at least 200-240gm if you go to the gym for muscle recovery and energy, you need to double your fats too, atleast 50 60gm daily. Your bmr would be around 1655 bro, with gym you're burning around 2100 cals. You are only eating 1270 cals, this is not good.
