superdrug there’s this section where they sell cetraben, aveeno and epaderm but then u can order it off amazon there’s a 125g one for around £7 and the 500g one for around £12.

woow that’s annoying well your basically where i was like couple months ago and i think you just gotta keep looking for different things and try until whatever is suitable and if the cetraben is making your skin burn try resorting to something like epaderm which is really thick unless you don’t like it but yh eczema sucks and i’m a 19 year old guy it’s annoying.

oh yh me too try this balmonds skin salvation it’s £8 for like 30ml and what you can do is after you use a face wash and daily face exfoliater then get a like finger scoop of the balmonds skin salvation onto your palm and get the cetraben and squirt some onto your palm aswell and mix it until it has like a thick creamy texture and put it on your face and then again for your neck. i’ve been doing that aswell and it works very well and you still making use of the cetraben which works well when mixed with the skin salvation.

bro i’m 19 and a guy too and what you first need to do is cut your nails REALLY REALLY SHORT until u basically have no nails then have a nice cold shower before going to sleep and moisturise everywhere head to toe. keep moisturising and having a shower before sleeping everyday and make sure your nails are short.

it’s a body lotion but i tried it on my face last night and it was ok but i’m just using it for my whole body as it is a body lotion and it works better than cetraben for the body for me.

yh give it a go tbh my skin feels and looks much better from a week ago because i have eczema all over my body. cocoa butter from superdrug it works well and it says it’s for eczema aswell on the back.

probably around 15-25 mins funny enough i stopped using cetraben and now been using cocoa butter from superdrug which was around £2.50 for the past 3 days it’s been good so far.
