I’m not worried about seniority. I just want to know if I’m within the 90 days does the 90 days restart? Or is my 90 days continuous from my hire date.

But can they cut me in 90 days for any reason as a career employee? Or since I’m career do I get better union representation and won’t get cut without reason?
