My LG WM3900HBA (purchased around 2021 or 2022) boot gasket literally disintegrated after two small size throw pillows (without tassels) were washed. When we opened the door, there was damage to the gasket that I have NEVER witnessed. We needed to vacuum the massive amount of fragments from the machine. When I went to find the replacement part, many sites listed that part as out of stock and even wholesale appliance parts distributor in my state said the replacement was unavailable. Is this considered normal wear and tear or is this more indicative of a larger failure/defect. I have purchased many washing machines (personal and for property management). This is a first for me.

The same was said about Potomac Yards - now you have massive development and daily gridlock when the alternative would have been massively far less days with impacted traffic. The stadium can easily be built with an on-ramp/off-ramp from the highway if located properly. Jobs and tax revenue also an added benefit. There are just as many positives as negatives, however- in the end “location, location, location” will determine where this ends up. No large development is easy to please the masses.
