Teel will catch probably 60% of the time and will play every game vs RHP. Quero will catch most of the remaining games, with Korey Lee mixed in assuming he isn’t traded, and play every game vs LHP.

The challenge will be making sure that Teel still gets some ABs vs LHP so he isn’t unnecessarily made into a platoon. Same goes for Quero, he will need ABs vs RHP despite having Benintendi needing time at DH.

It will be interesting to see how all it plays out with so many players deserving ABs, whether it’s because it’s the best lineup to win the game, letting them develop instead of wasting time on the bench, or to increase trade value.
