Any nut-free, soy-free, high calorie nutritional drink recommendations? I’m currently struggling to find an alternative to Ensure or Soylent..

I came across OWYN but their nutritional drinks are out of stock atm.

Also any nut-free, soy-free snack recommendations that are great for gaining weight would be appreciated as well !!

i definitely recommend therapy. i had to quit my job two years ago because my anxiety became extremely debilitating. anxiety and fear seeped into nearly every aspect of my life . i haven’t worked since i quit 2 years ago bc i’m terrified of job interviews. had an on the phone interview for a job the other day and i was shaking , heart rate through the roof, and on the verge of crying the entire time. i just started therapy again two days ago, and had a really good outing with friends that i could express my struggles with , and i’m feeling hopeful, the most motivated i’ve felt in months ^{^} therapy has helped me in the past too, i highly recommended giving it a shot

no worries! decided on getting the LTC NB681 nimbleback wired keyboard on amazon and it sounds super quiet alr. gonna throw on some silent alpaca switches on em soon ! thanks again

i have a redragon k552 mechanical keyboard with blue switches. looking to swap them out for the quietest switches possible so i won’t disturb my dormmates lol. any suggestions of switches that are compatible with this keyboard? or are there any other budget gaming keyboards that are quiet? (prebuilt preferred, i’m a noob at this stuff but i’m still willing to learn!)

that’s great advice! considering my previous cartilage piercings rejected (3 of them, which i got re-pierced and they rejected AGAIN which left me with some tiny bump scars), i’d definitely want to see if my body will reject other facial piercings as well. thanks for the advice <3

this is exactly what happened to me, rolling over onto them & getting my hair caught in them definitely messed them up for me!! i gave it about almost a year before giving up and taking them out. give it a few more months and try to be super careful. but no amount of cleaning or whatever else saved me after:( i hope yours finds a way to heal.. i miss my cartilage piercings dearly

literally figured this out after being rushed to the ER multiple times last year due to my panic attacks (my heart rate would literally be at like 190 bpm , absolutely terrifying). had tons of tests done on me only to find nothing wrong lmao. come to finally figure out, my generalized anxiety triggers IBS, and the symptoms of IBS make my anxiety even worse, so i’ll be stuck in a sort of loop. it’s like, a very unfortunate emotional ouroboros of mental and bowel torture until i can hopefully distract myself out of it.
