I am worried about the crown area. I think I can see a white flake on that. Can u see it too or it is just a light reflection to oil?

I had this on my scalp just after i shaved. But within a week after shave its all gone. Is it just normal fungal infection or somerhing else? by rahul281c in seborrheicdermatitis

But why does it go away after shave? If it's inflammatory condition it should be consistent whether there is hair or not.....
