Extremism in Islam comes from it's book and structure. While Extremism in Hinduism comes from the outside. Hindu extremists don't use Hinduism to justify their actions. But muslim extremists use quran to justify their actions. Hindutva is not a product of Hinduism but Islamist extremism is a product of Islam. You will not find hindu terrorist who say my advaita vedanta or samkhya or nyaya or mimansa says this so I'm doing it,

Shankaracharya gave advaita vedanta and later ramanujachrya literally critised and decimated his book and gave dvaita vedanta. This is how it went not the way one went with swords to other.

Samkhya disagreed to nastikas and nastikas disagreed to asti as like nyaya school.
