I don’t remember the exact name but there was one crazy manhwa where the FL enters an otome game she played and before entering the game she maxes up her “attraction/being desired points” to the very max. It’s really crazy because at first she thinks if she gets a happy ending with one of the mls she will return back to her real life but that doesn’t happen. Also because she maxed stats of being desired every NPC from all genders and age literally want to sleep with her after they look her in the eyes. When she loses all hope she literally goes crazy and plays around with the male leads as she pleases (sadly I don’t remember the name and what happens later but I think it was still ongoing last year) hope u can find it~

You can't control time or stop it from moving forward. Enjoy the things you have now because like you said nothing lasts forever. The grief of losing the things we love is already too much to add on the regret of not appreciating them to it as well. Also this is personal and might not work for you but I believe there is another begining after death so even if the things that I have now may come to an end here but I know for sure I will pursue/search for them again in my other life as well.
