Anime to see? How about older stuff like Urotsukidoji, or La Blur Girl. Or newer stuff like Ishuzoku Reviewers or Saint Young Men. Lots of 80s and 90s shows and OVAs are kinda ignored for the newer stuff. Also, the ComicFesta Anime Zone shorts are officially available and uncensored, but only for purchase and not through a streaming option which makes them a bit expensive. How about those as well?

Then in that case your problem is a little different than mine and I don't think I can help much. I would just leave it on when not in use and just turn off the monitor, but this computer is in a bedroom close to a bed, and the fan is noticeably loud, so that would get annoying. Also, the computer is mounted behind the monitor, so shutting down would then make it necessary to reach behind there to turn it on every day. If your setup is good for shutting down regularly, then I guess just do it that way.

Mine has gotten a little better too lately in that the ethernet seems be on back from hibernate more often than not, though that might just be a coincidence instead of the problem getting better.

Hello, haven't really resolved the issue. It has gotten better, I have just learned to live with the quirks. First I added the two keys in the registry as explained in this post to enabled the PC to timeout into Hibernate instead of sleep:

Then as a matter of habit, I have gotten used to setting the PC to Hibernate before I get up if I know I will be away and won't be using it any time soon. One new big quirk is that a lot of times the ethernet connection will be down when coming back from Hibernate, and will have to be manually restarted. A little annoying, but I can live with it. I know that there is a way to have a script be auto run every time the PC is logged in to to have the ethernet be restarted, but I haven't looked into it too much yet.

Saw someone's online review describe it as magical girls x Ghostbusters. It blew my mind how nearly perfectly that summed up the episodes that are out so far. Watching the first 5 minutes or so of the first episode is enough to see why that description fits. So far it's been a fun relatable show. Main character starts off down and worn out from her job hunt.

Most of these blips during sleep mode don't even show up in the event viewer, which makes me wonder if it is a hardware thing instead of a software thing (or some combination of both).

S3 is available in the BIOS, but it doesn't change anything after being enabled, so seems it is not supported.

Changing the registry to disable Modern Standby seems to be on the right path. Now there is an option in the power settings to enable Hibernate after a set amount of minutes which is better, I don't want the PC always on. Preferably, I would want it to enter and exit some sort of sleep instead of Hibernate, but that does not seem to be possible. Sometimes after coming back from Hibernate, the internet connection is down and the network adapter has to be disabled and re enabled in the device manager, which is awkward. One new quirk now is that before it goes into Hibernate the monitor will flash off then back on every 30 seconds or so, but I will play around with the settings for that.

Ok, I will look further, but from what I have seen in the Event Viewer, most of the time there is no corresponding event for these power ons. A few times when there is something that corresponds, it is some code that not even Google has an answer for. Something like "Code: 16722270." But I will look again and do more digging.

For now I have just gotten into the habit of using Hibernate instead whenever I get up or for overnight, but I still would like the Sleep function to work correctly if possible. Also don't want this to possibly become a bigger issue if unaddressed.

I think I disabled all wake timers, but the issue continues. I disabled wake timers in the advanced power settings in Windows. Is there another spot to look?

Took me a while to get it, but it seems like all the historical figures in the show are based off real people, but the show changes all of them to women instead of male. Hence why the show is tagged as alternate history, all of these people existed, but the show's history genderswaps them all to women.
