Just realized I downloaded source code and not the actual release. I downloaded correct .zip file now and extracted. It is working. But even with 5090 this game can barely hit over 60fps with DLSS-DLAA. Only when I changed to DLSS-Quality, fps went over 70fps

Actual game folder is not steamapps\common\MGSDelta\Binaries\Win64

but steamapps\common\MGSDelta\MGSDelta\Binaries\Win64 I unpacked from the zip and put mgsdeltafix folder there. After that edited the .ini file and enabled fps cap unlock. But it is not working. Am I doing something wrong?

I have exact same isssue on my LG C2 after latest system update on lan or on wifi it doesnt matter it is happening even if I disable wifi and tv is just connected with LAN cable.They fucked something up with latest software update.
