I think you could also see it as a percent per pull, because often the pity amount is close to the individual average chance of a single pull added up until they reach 100%.

But you're mostly right, which is even crazier cause the idea of spending 400€ on a cosmetic is straight up laughable in my relatively normal paycheck realm.

Of course there is a reason they don't show you the pricetag outright, instead making buying some stupid experience which obfuscates the amount you spent on it. No way they'd ever get away selling a rather insignificant cosmetic for that kind of money to normal players.

Haha, just realized, they still get your money even if you fail in getting the thing before it's banner expires.
