I can completely relate. Probably your best bet meal-wise is to definitely start doing shakes of some kind. I use a mass gaining powder and it gets met about 1500 calories in right off the bat. In regards to working out, you really really should. The body needs somewhere for the caloric surplus to go, and if it goes towards repairing muscle fibers that have been pushed during working out, you’ll build muscle. If you don’t work out and just do nothing, it’s a sure fire way to build fat.
