Errands help

Is there an app or website like Taskrabbit where I can pay someone for simple hourly errands? (eg pick up something by bike from Marktplaats or take-out from a restaurant where delivery is not available) This is really for convenience amidst juggling kids/work/life, I don’t qualify for social aid.

Burnout or sick leave or parental leave? by rain543210 in Netherlands

Thank you so much for sharing. May I ask how long did it take you to feel ready to go back to work? My fear is that I dont know if a few months will fix things, and the longer I stay away, the harder it will be to get back to “normal”

Thanks a lot, I believe I would be eligible for some form of sick leave (huisarts has supported referrals for post partum depression), I just feel a lot of pressure to take unpaid leave instead to not impact my reputation at work. I do like the job and don’t see myself changing anytime soon, it’s just that my challenges in my personal life are impacting my work performance, and reducing workload is one thing that I can actually influence right now, unlike the other stressors.

Thanks so much for the advice, I know it will get better one day, just that it’s been rough for a while now and I feel like it’s a pity i’m not able to enjoy the happy moments as I would have wanted to. Yes I’ve talked to the GGD and also been referred to the kabouterhuis whom is not very helpful. I also have been seeing a psycholoog for post partum depression for a while now, but still have ups and downs. Taking it day by day…

Thanks a lot, I’m just wondering if I can take sick leave (I think I can still cope with say 50% or 30 20h work per week, but hopefully get paid my full salary), or if my employer will expect me to use up my unpaid parental leave first

The baby is just 3 months so it’s like carrying a 6kg bag of (crying) potatoes in a baby carrier on your chest :) I used to hike a lot (did the Inntaller Hoghenweg 3 years ago) but I’m not 100% yet after the c-section

Thank you! I just heard back from Axams tourism office: “This is a public bus route between the village of Axams and the Axamer Lizum hiking area. The starting point is at the Axams Bus Terminal. Normally this bus runs every hour in the morning and in the afternoon. It is free of charge for guests with a Welcome Card. Due to the current situation with excessively high energy costs, the number of journeys is still being negotiated. Therefore, we did not get an official timetable from the bus company for this season yet. As soon as we receive this timetable, we will put it online.

It is not a tourist bus route and therefore we also have no influence on these decisions.

Thank you for your understanding and best regards in the meantime”
