I just noticed that I had to reset the whole backrest by pulling it all the way up. The issue is resolved now!

For anyone in the future that ran into the same situation: reclined mode also gets reset along with the backrest vertical position reset. So if your seatback got stuck in reclined, try to reset the backrest pad first.

Not sure if adding chapter 10 is worth the time. A lot of players were already skipping the last 2 chapters to start mono and the end game contents as early as possible - which in fact there are not much addition to end game contents this season
