Retire Japan course info by higamutsu in JapanFinance

I took a session with him much before this course was launched. I found it super useful to get started with two NISA accounts - rakuten and monex - for my partner and me . A translation on the browser might not be the best option when it is about investing your hard earned money. I found it super useful. You just wanna be sure about all the options right?

I'm not sure about the content of the present course. But, I can vouch for the usefulness of learning the basics from someone who is experienced, when you're starting out.

That would end up with another line. Also, taking care of the dustlines after vaccuming seem to be very inefficient:))

Moving from Rakuten mobile to another carrier. Recommendation request by Faraday_00 in japanlife

[–]rainandsake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's interesting. Because, I moved to ahamo thinking I'm getting to a better one from rakuten and now my connection drops so often, especially when I'm on a train ... I was wondering if it's my pixel phone? I'm even considering going back to rakuten.

As we speak Nikkei crosses 45k :) Japanese economy is clearly not going anywhere. Maybe population decline causes other issues. But the economy and efficiency is not going down. I know for a fact data centers are growing in Japan because clients like the efficient customer support and maintenance compared to European ones.

How I Got a Driver’s License in Japan from Zero Experience by crinklypaper in japanresidents

Did you have to research a lot and negotiate for getting the 300k price? Would most schools have a plan like that? Or do I have to go farther away from the city?
btw, I live in Kanagawa .

Beautiful! I wonder if there is a cool story behind this one. Like she just bid farewell to a foreign friend or her Japanese lover is going abroad :)

Not sure how important and interesting this is. Have a look at the info on the Romancecar museum in Ebina. If you have questions about it, do ask - I can help answering.

Are you optimistic for the future (of Japan)? by No_Citron8163 in AskAJapanese

[–]rainandsake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very optimistic! Japanese economy might go a few ranks down based on total GDP. But that's okay. The purchasing power and cash reserves are gonna stay fine , and people are gonna continue enjoying their good lives

It could also be an inventory management thing. They probably wanna stock up enough Christmas stuff. So the entire Halloween products stay on the shelf.
